Shipping:

-Items are usually shipped within 15 days from the receipt of the payment (this is due to the fact that all prints and collections are packaged at the moment of the order) - delays will be communicated immediately.

Recession:
The purchaser may recede within 7 work days from the reception of the item. 
Shipping costs will be at the purchaser's charge.
Items must be returned in perfect conditions, otherwise no reimbursement will be possible.
In case the purchaser would receive a damaged item, he should immediately take a photograph of the package and notify the fact to his local postoffice and to Terrae-Maris.

TAXES:
Custom fees and taxes, if applied, are at the buyers charge (for countries outside the E.U.)
Taxes are included for EU countries.

Spedizione:
-posta raccomandata/assicurata
-la spedizione avviene entro 15 giorno dalla ricezione dell'ordine/pagamento (questo è dovuto al fatto che tutte le stampe e le collezioni vengono confezionate solo al momento dell'ordine) - eventuali ritardi verrano immediatamente comunicati.

Diritto di recesso:
L'acquirente può recedere entro 7 giorni dalla ricezione della merce. Le spese di spedizione del reso saranno a carico dell'acquirente. 
La merce deve essere resa in condizioni perfette, altrimenti non potrà essere rimborsata. 
Nel caso che l'acquirente dovesse ricevere la merce danneggiata, dovrebbe immediatamente fotografare pacchetto e contenuto e notificare immediatamente il danno alle poste (e/o corriere) e a Terrae-Maris.
